Agency Mission To provide case management and protective guardianship to the at-risk frail and disable population. Provide support and guardianship for frail elderly and at-risk mentally disabled through visits and advocacy for our clients. We assure that our clients live in an appropriate and safe environment. We proceed with court petitions to protect our clients from exploitation.
Other programs: Family counseling for elder issues, 24-hour crisis intervention to stabilize situations, benefit analysis and assistance with financial management application, transfers to nursing homes, monitoring of home for care and upkeep.
